Regarding the Current Status of Health Food GMP Certification
（公財）日本健康・栄養食品協会では、健康食品の品質確保を目的として様々な第三者認証事業を行っています。その中の健康食品GMP認証制度は、健康食品を製造する工場の製造管理・品質管理が適切に行われているかについて「ガイドライン」に従って調査を行い、有識者からなる審査会で認定の可否を判定しています。錠剤・カプセル剤等の形状の健康食品については、健康食品GMPでの製造管理が必須となっており、認証制度について、制度概要、認定手順、管理項目など、および製品パッケージへのGMPマークの表示についてお話します。
The Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association (JHNFA) conducts various third-party certification programs aimed at ensuring the quality of health foods. Among these, the Health Food GMP Certification System assesses whether manufacturing and quality controls at health food production facilities comply with designated guidelines. An evaluation committee composed of experts determines whether to grant certification. Manufacturing under Health Food GMP is mandatory for health foods in dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. This session will cover the system overview, certification procedures, control items, and the display of the GMP mark on product packaging.
