The Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association operates to promote consumer health and the sound development of the health food industry. We manage various businesses including certification and authentication of health food quality, manufacturing control, and safety; application and filing support for Foods with Health Claims; organizing training sessions and seminars; and promoting proper knowledge, dissemination, awareness, and research.
