富山県に本社を置き、創業90周年を迎えました。「切る」「洗う」「砕く」「削る」「磨く」「解す」の6つの技術を柱とし、世の中にない「すごい！」をつくっています。「切る」の技術は、水を最高6,000気圧まで加圧し、直径0.1mmのノズルから噴射して、食品の他、あらゆる材料の切断が可能です。「砕く」の技術は、超高圧水の衝突エネルギーを利用し、微細化、そして材料特有の性質を引きだします。「解す」の技術は、水と原料のみでナノファイバーをつくり出します。これからも技術を追求し、お客様の期待を超える、驚きと感動を提供し続けます。
Pulverization and upcycling leveraging ultra-high pressure waterjet technology
Headquartered in Toyama Prefecture, we are celebrating our 90th anniversary. Centered on six core technologies—cutting, washing, crushing, milling, polishing, and deflocculating—we create innovative solutions found nowhere else. Our cutting technology pressurizes water up to 6,000 bar and jets it through a 0.1 mm diameter nozzle to cut foods and virtually all other materials. Our crushing technology uses the collision energy of ultra-high pressure water to achieve fine pulverization while drawing out unique material properties. Our deflocculating technology produces nanofibers using only water and raw materials. We will continue pursuing technology to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight and inspiration.
