業祖 森下博が「社会への奉仕」を信念とし、1893年の創業以来、人々の健康や豊かな暮らしの一助となる製品をご提供して参りました。当時、懐中の総合保健薬（当時は赤大粒仁丹）として開発し、その後は口中清涼剤として親しまれる銀粒の「仁丹」（現在は医薬部外品 販売名：仁丹N）、その製造から着想を得て、独自に開発し事業領域を拡大しつつある「シームレスカプセル技術」と、これまでの生薬研究の蓄積と独自技術の確立・育成を通して、幅広い領域で企業活動を行なっています。
当社は、2023年2月11日に創業130周年を迎え、これを契機として更なる企業価値向上の実現を目指し、パーパスを策定しました。
130th-anniversary commitment to making the era more exciting
Driven by founder Hiroshi Morishita's belief in "service to society," we have provided products that contribute to people's health and rich lives since our founding in 1893. Starting with "Jintan"—originally developed as a comprehensive pocket medicine and later loved as silver breath-freshening pills (currently a quasi-drug, trade name: Jintan N)—we expanded into "seamless capsule technology" inspired by its manufacturing process. Through our accumulated crude drug research and proprietary technology, we conduct business across a wide range of fields.
Marking our 130th anniversary on February 11, 2023, we established a corporate purpose to further enhance our corporate value moving forward.
