This presentation, themed “Food and Medicine Share the Same Origin: Unlocking the Secrets of Maca,” will be delivered by Professor Fang-Rong Chang, former Director of the Institute of Natural Products at Taiwan’s National Health Research Institutes and Distinguished Professor at Kaohsiung Medical University.
The session will explore maca’s growing regions, raw material characteristics, and active compounds, as well as its potential applications in precision medicine, dietary supplements, and product development.
