This presentation introduces basic information, the latest findings, and application examples of chicken breast plasmalogen. Derived from chicken breast, this functional phospholipid ingredient is compliant with Foods with Function Claims (FFC). We have conducted research on its effects on cognitive function. It supports claims for maintaining verbal memory and cognitive processing speed in middle-aged and older adults, and is available in both extract and powder forms. Beyond cognitive benefits, it has also shown positive effects on sleep and antioxidant capacity. In our latest findings, we will present its effects on neurite outgrowth in neuroblasts.
