Introduction to the latest research on chitin oligosaccharides
キチンオリゴ糖は複数の糖から構成され、その機能は糖鎖長によって異なることが知られています。この特性に着目し、弊社では6糖（6量体）を高含有するキチンオリゴ糖を開発しました。本講演では、腸内環境への影響に関する研究成果を中心に、新たな機能性や応用の可能性を紹介します。
Chitin oligosaccharides are composed of multiple sugars, and their functions are known to vary depending on chain length. Focusing on this property, we developed a chitin oligosaccharide rich in hexamers (6-mers). This presentation introduces new functionalities and potential applications, focusing on research results regarding effects on the intestinal environment.
