【菌株識別サービスのご案内】 当財団ではFT-IRを用いた「菌株識別」の受託を開始しました。従来の菌種同定では困難だった汚染ルートの推定や、ストック菌株の品質管理を支援します。菌株固有の「指紋」を照合し同一起源か否かを迅速に推定します。本講演では活用事例を中心に本技術の概要を紹介します。
