New Ingredients Made from Domestically High-Oleic Soybeans

Toyota Motor Corporation is applying the experience and expertise cultivated through automobile manufacturing and biotechnology research to advance sustainable agriculture. At this exhibition, we present new food ingredients derived from domestically-produced high-oleic soybeans. These soybeans offer a mild flavor profile with reduced beany notes and enhanced resistance to oxidation, creating new possibilities for a wide variety of food applications.
