Mitake Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a milling manufacturer headquartered in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture.
We process grain materials such as rice, soybeans, sesame, and barley to manufacture and sell rice flour, roasted soybean flour (kinako), soybean flour, sesame, barley tea, and fermented rice bran bed (nukadoko).
Since our founding in 1959, operating as a "Nature Media Connecting the Earth and People," we have delivered safe, reliable products processed with proprietary technology under strict quality control to everyone's dining table. Moving forward, while preserving tradition, we will continuously pursue the new potential of grains and aim to contribute to a rich food culture.
